When you select “Send your message”, your name, email address, selected topic, message, consultation preference and page language are sent to Solopair via SendGrid so we can reply. Requesting a consultation does not reserve a time or add you to a marketing list.
Pair applications include your name, email address, contribution areas, experience and approach to working with AI, plus any optional profile link, working languages, time zone and availability you share. These details are sent via SendGrid to Solopair so we can review your application and follow up. Applying does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Optional CV files are also sent as email attachments for application review.
If you request a consultation, a Google Calendar booking page appears after your message is sent. The page connects to Google at that step. Google processes your booking details under its own privacy policy. Your appointment is booked only when you choose and confirm a time there.
Form entries are not saved in browser storage. Your analytics preference is remembered for 180 days. Analytics cookies are used only if you allow them, and you can change your choice through Privacy preferences in the footer.
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits, traffic sources, page language and successful contact or pair application submissions. We do not send names, email addresses, messages, CVs or portfolio links to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Opening the consultation calendar is measured as opening it, not as a confirmed booking. Analytics event data is retained for 14 months; aggregated reports may remain longer.
Correspondence and applications are kept while needed to handle your enquiry, review your application or manage an ongoing relationship and applicable obligations. Abuse-prevention records in the application expire after 15 minutes. Server access logs rotate daily with 14 archived files.
